Do not bring your car here!!!! Owner does a terrible job and refuses to give a full refund. I had to take my car to another and have Lowery’s tint stripped off and redone. Not only was my experience AWFUL but he’s hateful and nasty too!!! He worked on my windshield 3 different sessions and finally gave up and said he couldn’t do it. I should’ve known by the looks of his shop that he was very unprofessional. Lowery’s will rip you off and then chew you out on top of it - treat you like shit - call you a thief and all kinds of stuff. The guys got a problem. You don’t wanna deal with it. I wish I never had. Look at the rest of his reviews. I’m not the only one that is completely dissatisfied. He cost me hours of my time and lots of money. I’m pissed!!! He even had the NERVE to threaten to take me to court!!! I hope he does cuz I would definitely get my money back if he did. Threatening your customers is not a way to do business when it was all his fault and I have proof.

Updated review since the owner chose to publicly shift blame instead of accurately addressing the situation. Let’s get this straight. The windshield was tinted in January and at that time we were told the bubbles/distortion could take a while to work themselves out. Today, when we brought the vehicle back because the issue still exists months later, the owner again said it needed additional time and more heat/sun exposure. He even attempted to work some of the bubbles out during the visit. So for the owner to now publicly claim we failed to communicate or simply “waited several months” without following instructions is completely false. We DID follow the instructions we were given — both in January and again today. As of now, the bubbling/distortion is still present and visibility on the passenger side of the windshield remains affected. No replacement was offered today, only more waiting. This was the third vehicle we brought here and the only one with an issue. The side windows and rear glass were done correctly, which is why the original rating was not lower. I have gotten every vehicle ive ever owned windows tinted, so have been to so many places in Louisville. I recently moved so decided to try this place out, i got a suv and went here. let me say I have NEVER encountered such HORRIBLE customer service. I contacted this guy 2 days after my windows were tinted (I picked my vehicle up while it was dark so didnt have chance to see it) told him how it was loaded with bubbles. he told me that bc i got it done in winter that it would take longer for bubbles to settle to give it some time. to try and prevent both of us being inconvenienced I decided to give it till weather started to heat up, hoping itd clear out on its own. being w/o a vehicle all day for a 2nd time is a huge inconvenience. my receipt specifically said lifetime warranty so figured it wouldnt be a issue. 4 months later as it started to heat up outside which is now April. I contacted him to tell him it still hasnt gotten all the way cleared. he told me to come by the following day that he would be there and take a look at it. I came by around 3pm(his site says open at that time) i waited around for almost an hr and no one be there or answer calls. when I did reach him he said

These guys were AWESOME!! We needed rear window tint replaced and a detail. They fitted us in quickly and car was ready when they said. Detail was BEAUTIFUL!!! And window looked great ! Very reasonable price too. Thanks !! Already given my son and daughter in law their details to get work done !!

I took my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta GLI to remove tent that I had installed before I knew Kentucky low on tint that says the front two windows can’t be tinted more than 35% and to register my vehicle I had to get that removed. I noticed scratches on my car and Brought it up to the owner and he became irate use profanity when there was no need for that, to then say he didn’t do it because he doesn’t use sharp tools. My respond to that was how else would you remove the tent if you didn’t use sharp tools and once again, my car is brand new. Did I will never use them again extremely unprofessional and they are the cheapest in Louisville for a reason you get what you pay for bad service and a bad attitude and this is my first ever google review If you value your respect and your property, don’t use them they don’t care about either. The outcome I was hoping for was an apology/accountability that “real”professional establishments exhibit. It is obvious that this one prefers to use anger and profanity when in error instead of “sorry”.
